Teenager is playing with a gun, waves it in a female teen’s face who is then shot in the face
In Shreveport, Louisiana, a teenager was arrested Saturday afternoon after allegedly shooting another teen in the face while playing with a gun. According to the police, he was waving the gun her in face, thinking it was unloaded.
The shooting occurred around around 3:00 p.m. Saturday, and according to witnesses, a group of teens were sitting on a back porch at the time of the shooting.
According to investigators, a male juvenile was waving what he thought was an unloaded gun in the face of a 17-year-old female. The gun had one round in the chamber and fired, striking the teen in the hand and cheek, KSLA reports.
The victim was transported to LSU Health Sciences Center with what police are calling non-life threatening injuries.
The juvenile who was playing with the gun was subsequently arrested then taken to jail but because he is a juvenile, officers are not sure what he will be charged with.
Which begs the question: Whose gun was it?
