--Billions of US tax d*llars would be 'managed by relevant Afghan
institutions' [Right, because they've managed it *so well* (most of it
missing) all along!]* 19 Nov 2013 While many Americans have been led to
believe the war in Afghanistan will soon be over [Obusha lied], a draft of
a key U.S.-Afghan security deal obtained by NBC News shows the United
States is prepared to maintain military outposts in Afghanistan for many
years to come, and pay to support hundreds of thousands of Afghan security
forces [and the US mercenaries to train them]. The wide-ranging
document ['Security
and Defense Cooperation Agreement Between the United States of America and
the Islamic Republic of
Afghanistanmsn.com/i/MSNBC/Sections/NEWS/BSAdocument.pdf>'],
still unsigned by the United States and Afghanistan, has the potential to
commit thousands of American troops to Afghanistan and *spend billions of
U.S. t*xpayer d*llars*. The document outlines what appears to be the start
of a new, open-ended military commitment in Afghanistan in the name of
training and continuing to fight foment al-Qaeda [al-CIAduh]. [*USociopaths

*Over 30 people killed in Iraq terrorist
attacks*.org/Over-30-people-killed-Iraq-terrorist-attacks>20
Nov 2013 Over thirty people have been killed in a fresh wave of
attacks,
including bombings and a shooting incident, in different parts of Iraq. On
Wednesday, 28 people lost their lives and many others were wounded in a
series of coordinated bomb attacks in several neighborhoods of the Iraq's
capital city of Baghdad.

*Last British resident in Guantánamo Bay: we are treated like
animals*ian.com/world/2013/nov/18/guantanamo-bay-british-resident>18
Nov 2013 Shaker Aamer, the last British resident held in Guantánamo
Bay
-- where he has been incarcerated for the past eleven years despite
protests from the British government -- has spoken from his prison cell for
the first time. "Tell the world the truth... Please, we are tired. Either
you leave us to die in peace -- or tell the world the truth. Let the world
hear what's happening," Aamer told CBS's 60 Minutes show. Aamer has been
held in Guantánamo since 2002 but has not been charged with any offence.
William Hague, the British foreign secretary, has many times raised the
case with the US administration with no success.

*Suicide bombings kill 23 near Iran embassy in
Beirut*com/article/2013/11/19/us-lebanon-blast-idUSBRE9AI08G20131119>19
Nov 2013 Two suicide bombings rocked Iran's embassy compound in
Lebanon
on Tuesday, killing at least 23 people including an Iranian cultural
attaché and hurling bodies and burning wreckage across a debris-strewn
street. A Lebanon-based al Qaeda [al-CIAduh]-linked group, the Abdullah
Azzam Brigades, claimed responsibility and threatened further attacks
unless Iran withdraws forces from Syria, where they have backed President
Bashar al-Assad's 2-1/2-year-old war against 'rebels.'

*US and UK struck secret deal to allow NSA to 'unmask' Britons' personal
data*ian.com/world/2013/nov/20/us-uk-secret-deal-surveillance-personal-data>*
--2007 deal allows NSA to store previously restricted material --Separate
draft memo proposes US spying on 'Five-Eyes' allies* 20 Nov 2013 The phone,
internet and email records of UK citizens not suspected of any wrongdoing
have been analysed and stored by America's National Security Agency under a
secret deal that was approved by British intelligence officials, according
to documents from the whistleblower Edward Snowden. In the first explicit
confirmation that UK citizens have been caught up in US mass surveillance
programs, an NSA memo describes how in 2007 an agreement was reached that
allowed the agency to "unmask" and hold on to personal data about Britons
that had previously been off limits. The memo, published in a joint
investigation by the Guardian and Britain's Channel 4
News.com/news/nsa-edward-snowden-america-britain-tony-blair>,
says the material is being put in databases where it can be made available
to other members of the US intelligence and military community.

*Fisa court order that allowed NSA surveillance is revealed for first
time*ian.com/world/2013/nov/19/court-order-that-allowed-nsa-surveillance-is-revealed-for-first-time>19
Nov 2013 A secret court order that authorised a massive trawl by the
National Security Agency of Americans' email and internet data was
published for the first time on Monday night, among a trove of documents
that also revealed a judge's concern that the NSA "continuously" and
"systematically" violated the limits placed on the program. The order by
the Fisa court, almost certainly its first ruling on the controversial
program and published only in heavily redacted form, shows that it granted
permission for the trawl in part because of the type of devices used for
the surveillance. Even the judge approving the spying called it a "novel
use" of government authorities.

*Britain's GCHQ 'the brains,' America's NSA 'the m*ney' behind spy
alliance*es.co.jp/news/2013/11/18/world/britains-gchq-the-brains-americas-nsa-the-money-behind-spy-alliance/>18
Nov 2013 The activities of GCHQ, Britain‚s secret eavesdropping
agency,
have come under intense scrutiny since former U.S. analyst Edward Snowden
said it was one of the main players in a global web of telecommunications
surveillance. GCHQ is at the heart of Britain's "special relationship" with
the United States when it comes to spying, according to Snowden's blizzard
of leaks. The Government Communications Headquarters -- a giant,
ring-shaped building nicknamed "the doughnut" -- is situated in the spa
town of Cheltenham in southwest England.

*Government looks to select, force radioactive waste disposal sites on
unwilling public*es.co.jp/news/2013/11/20/national/no-volunteers-so-government-looks-to-pick-push-radioactive-waste-disposal-sites/>20
Nov 2013 (Japan) The government should pick candidate sites nationwide
that are suitable for building a high-level radioactive waste disposal
facility and present them to an unwilling public, instead of waiting for a
local government to step forward, the Natural Resources and Energy Agency
proposed Wednesday. The proposal was unveiled at a meeting of a panel that
is reviewing the nation‚s stalled efforts to find an underground repository
site for the massive amounts of waste created as a result of operating
nuclear power plants. The idea to change the site selection process, which
has found no volunteer locations, is expected to be included in the new
medium- to long-term energy plan that is being reconsidered in light of the
Fukushima No. 1 reactor meltdown catastrophe[s] that started in 2011.

*Police ordered to 'wait,' Sandy Hook 911 tapes

--Janitor, calling 911, was disconnected --'Both sources said it was
unclear why the apparent order was given to delay police from going into
the school.' [Well, here's one explanation: The false flag had to
completely unfurl before the police could enter.]* 20 Nov 2013 There are
no anguished cries of children in the controversial 911 telephone
recordings of the Sandy Hook Elementary School massacre. But there is the
sound of two apparent rifle shots, according to sources who have listened
to about nine calls made to Newtown police on the morning of Dec. 14, 2012.
The most disconcerting sound between the school and Newtown police may be
the apparent order from headquarters for first responders to "wait" before
entering the school, Hearst Connecticut Newspapers has learned. *"Wait
until you go into the building,"* one person says from police headquarters
toward the end of the five-minute shooting spree. *"I'm not going to send
them in yet."* Both sources said it was unclear why the apparent order was
given to delay police from going into the school... At another point, Rick
Thorne -- a school custodian who has declined comment on the shooting, but
who has been hailed for alerting staff to [the] assault-weapon rampage --
is disconnected by dispatchers. *"It was weird that they hung up on him,"
said one source who listened to the recordings.* Another source who heard
the 911 recordings agreed.

*Letter Delivered to Norwich Bulletin Threatened to Spread MRSA Virus,

--The Bulletin officers were locked down because of a hazmat*. 20 Nov 2013
(CT) The Norwich Bulletin was locked down for about three hours after
receiving a suspicious letter on Wednesday. According to police, a letter
was delivered to the building this morning threatening to spread the MRSA
virus, which the author claimed to have. The Norwich Bulletin
reportsulletin.com/article/20131120/NEWS/131129974>that
the letter was hand written and *included
conspiracy [!?!] theories*. Police said the letter was also covered in an
"unknown liquid substance," which raised suspicions. The Bulletin employee
who discovered the letter brought it to the Norwich Police Department
around 11 a.m.

*Homeland Security: Silk Road Vendor Sent Obama Ricin
Letter*com/2013/11/18/silk-road-ricin-obama/>18 Nov
2013 A former vendor on the now-defunct online black m*rket bazaar
known as Silk Road sent a letter laced with the poison Ricin to U.S.
President Barack Obama, according to a letter submitted by an official at
the Department of Homeland Security. Brian de Vallance, the acting
assistant secretary for legislative affairs for DHS, briefly mentioned the
poisoning attempt in a letter he sent the U.S. Senate Committee on Homeland
Security and Governmental Affairs.

*19 Nov 2013 The House is likely to vote on a number of GOP bills this week

The bill, introduced by Rep. Doug Lamborn (R-Koch Troll-CO), is broad
legislationgov/fdsys/pkg/CRPT-113hrpt262/pdf/CRPT-113hrpt262-pt1.pdf>designed
to make it much easier for oil and gas companies to obtain
permission to drill on public lands. If signed into law, the legislation
would automatically approve onshore drilling permits if the U.S. Department
of Interior (DOI) failed to act on them in 60 days. If an individual does
not like a proposed drilling project and wanted to oppose it, he or she
would have to pay a *5,000 fee to file an official protest.

*U.S. Supreme Court declines to block Texas abortion
law*com/article/2013/11/20/us-usa-court-abortion-idUSBRE9AI1BT20131120>19
Nov 2013 A split U.S. Supreme Court declined on Tuesday to block
implementation of a new abortion law in Texas that already has prompted a
dozen clinics in the state to stop performing the procedure. The provision
requires doctors who perform abortions to have admitting privileges at a
hospital within 30 miles of the facility in case women have complications.
The court was split 5-4, with the conservative psycho wing of the court in
the majority. The four liberal justices said they would have overturned the
5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals October 31 ruling that allowed the law to
take effect.

Austin
"Gus" Deeds, before the son fatally shot himself, Democratic sources tell
News4. Gus Deeds died at the scene, and Creigh Deeds is in critical
condition in the intensive care unit of the University of Virginia Medical
Center in Charlottesville, the sources said. Creigh Deeds has been a
