LET'S OCCUPY 66 COUNTRIES WHERE AL-QAIDA IS

So, today the New York Times op-ed section has a general and director of Brookings write that we need to stay in Afghanistan for another 10 years.  And the Los Angles Times' editorial board agrees.  They argue mainly that if we pull our military forces out (along with hundreds of thousands of private contractors who have made billions over 12 years), it will once again be used as a home base for terrorism.

There are 66 countries where al-Qaida is located(home bases for terrorism)  and some are quite technologically advanced.  By the logic of Brookings and the LAT I suppose we should occupy them too?
