When the US invaded Iraq in 2003, Sundus Shaker Saleh, an Iraqi single mother of five, lost her home and her property, and was forced to flee to Jordan. Today, Saleh is the lead plaintiff in a class action lawsuit with the organization Iraq Witness against six key members of the Bush administration. They allege that the Iraq War was a "crime of aggression," under international law, premeditated against the Iraqi people. Support Saleh in her pursuit of justice by signing this petition!

On August 20th the US Department of Justice requested that each member of the Bush administration be granted procedural immunity in Saleh's lawsuit. This is unacceptable. We demand that these war criminals be held accountable for the tragic consequences that the war had for Saleh’s family and countless other Iraqi civilians. Sign the petition now!
