Notable Recent Clients
Thomas Drake – Former National Security Agency (NSA) employee; disclosed fraud, waste, and mismanagement at the agency, including the NSA's decision to reject an available data-mining program called “ThinThread” in favor of a more costly, more invasive, and less developed alternative called “Trailblazer.”
Kit Foshee – A former Corporate Quality Assurance Manager at Beef Products, Inc. (BPI) – the producer of 'Pink Slime.' He alleges he was terminated for refusing to participate in the company’s knowing misrepresentation of microbial data to the USDA and false claims made to customers about the product’s safety. GAP has represented Foshee since 2007.
William Binney & J. Kirk Wiebe – Former National Security Agency employees who, along with Thomas Drake, blew the whistle on waste and abuse at the agency. Binney and Wiebe, specifically, have made several key disclosures crucial to the ongoing public debate about America's national security state, such as the first public description of NSA’s massive domestic spying program, Stellar Wind, which intercepts domestic communications without protections for US citizens.
George Sarris – Air Force whistleblower who discovered serious maintenance concerns with two types of aircraft critical for national security missions.

Anonymous Whistleblowers and the Paul Wolfowitz Scandal - GAP investigated numerous scandals at the World Bank, which resulted in the resignation of Paul Wolfowitz as president of the World Bank. GAP also released a report on the Foundation for the Future, which exposes the highly irregular manner in which the organization was established and operated by Bush administration officials and appointees.
Anonymous Whistleblowers and the Satyam Scandal - GAP investigated the World Bank’s chief vendor for cyber-security -- Satyam Computer Services, Ltd. of India -- which came under scrutiny for building a vulnerable IT system, as well as for massive accounting fraud.
Gary Aguirre - Former SEC lawyer; blew the whistle on alleged wrongdoing by SEC officials for failing to allow a proper investigation to proceed, possibly due to political connections.
Dr. Aubrey Blumsohn - Sheffield University senior faculty member; traveled to Washington, D.C. as part of a week-long effort to inform Congressional officials and journalists about data concealment and manipulation performed on behalf of Procter & Gamble (P&G) regarding that company’s osteoporosis drug, Actonel.
Gabe Bruno - Former Federal Air Marshal (FAM) Manager of the Orlando Flight Standards District Office; alleged that the FAA lacks a national security screening mechanism for certain mechanics that received fraudulent certificates from an FAA Designated Mechanic Examiner, but have refused to fully complete a recertification program.
Vanessa Coleman - Former firefighter with the Washington, DC Fire Department; singled out by department officials and made to bear the blame for problems stemming from a major fire in Washington, DC, even though the facts show she was clearly not to blame.
Theresa Cusick - Former General Counsel for the Washington, DC Fire Department; raised concerns over problems with an Office of Inspector General (OIG) investigation of another DC fire official.
Bogdan Dzakovic - Former leader of the FAA’s counter-terrorism unit ‘Red Team’ which, prior to 9/11, tested aviation security in airports around the world; filed an official whistleblower complaint with the OSC stating that the security systems failed around 75-90 percent of the time, but the FAA censored any written records of the failures and banned retesting.

Rick Piltz - Former senior associate in the coordination office of the U.S. Climate Change Science Program; exposed the White House’s improper editing and censorship of science program reports on global warming intended for the public and Congress. With Piltz’ leadership, GAP launched a program in 2006 calledClimate Science Watch (CSW), an education and advocacy project dedicated to holding public officials accountable for their use of climate science and related research in policymaking.
Dr. Kunal Saha - World Bank whistleblower; revealed that Bank funds had been used for years to purchase defective test kits used to detect the presence of HIV/AIDS in blood samples in India.
