Tuesday night, Texas state Sen. Wendy Davis successfully filibustered for more than 11 hours to defeat a TRAP law that would have closed the majority of her state's abortion clinics.
We've just learned that Gov. Rick Perry plans to call another special session on July 1 to negate Sen. Davis' fillibuster.
