CUT DOWN ON RAPES, SUICIDE IN MILITARY-HERE'S HOW

 We can indeed lower the high rate of suicides and military rape:

1) A good  way to cut down on the high rate of suicides in the military is to stop sending young people to war.

2) If the Chair of The Joint Chief of Staff is correct, that 10 years of the stress of war has greatly contributed to the number of military rapes, then a good way to cut that down is to stoop sending young people into war.
