Conservative Definition of Wall Street

WALL STREET, n., Financial center where criminal behavior goes unpunished in order to support banks “too big to fail”and therefore  prop up the free enterprise system which makes Americans moral and are essential to our core values.   e.g., executives who committed financial fraud which blew up the U.S. economy were given get-out-of-jail cards by the Justice Department so that they could be job creators and thus promote American prosperity and values.
