As one of the top writers on the site I am in competition with right-wing writers for positioning. The position among the top 10 is determined by reader's evaluation. So, if you want to help out a fellow progressive, please go to the web site, scroll down to the bottom to the 3rd box on the left which says "Our Writers" then 4 lines below click on "Writer Search" and then write in my name, Keith Shirey (no "l" in it). You can see 22 News Stories and 106 Snippets and rate them if you wish.
The rating system has a glitch. Sometimes, after clicking on the fifth thumb, there will be a message stating that you have already rated the writing. But persistence pays and you can go back and try again as, I've discovered in the writer's chat room the right-wingers friends do. If you help me out you will be smilingly met in heaven by Jonathan Swift and Voltaire who love satirists and their supporters. Thank you.
