THOUGHTS ON DEEP STATE:US' SECRET GOVERNMENT

Bill Hessell shared your blog post on Google+ The question, who really is in control of our government, is a very legitimate one, and that there well may be a hidden government of agencies, commissions, institutions operating behind the scene that exercises well concealed control would be no real surprise. When j Edgar Hoover was the director of the FBI for years, it was well known that he functioned with unquestioned independence.  Even the president was often in the dark about activities carried out under Hoover"s authority.  The CIA's operations are by definition secret, often illegal, and not necessarily subject to any oversight, even by the President. With the rash of agencies now associated with Homeland Security, plus the known interweaving of our military hierarchy with the corporate defense industry, there are myriad possibilities for a well-hidden powers to be exerting unknown influence over our visible leaders and elected officials of both parties.  Not, I am sure, what the framers of our constitution had in mind.
