George Zimmerman Offers New Artwork On eBay
Sunday, 29 December 2013
George Zimmerman, of course, was found not guilty in the shooting death of Treyvon Martin. The not guilty verdict was mainly due to Florida's "Stand Your Ground" laws, The laws virtually allow anyone to shoot anyone at anytime.
2 weeks ago Zimmerman put up an original painting for auction on eBay. The "art work" was oil on canvas showing a blue hued stars and stripes with the words "God" and "One Nation" superimposed on the flag. It sold for $100,000.
Today, Zimmerman put up a new work for auction. It depicts a man standing on the Bill Of Rights, his footprints smeared all over the document. The man is smiling, with a gun in his hand. At the top of the painting the words, "Stand Your Ground" are emblazoned.
The details of the auction are posted on NRA web sites and members are expected to up the dBay bidding beyond $100,000.
Make Keith Shirey's day - give this story five thumbs-up (there's no need to register, the thumbs are just down there!)
The story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
